2. Nature of Service. Hayop.farm is a digital record-keeping tool. We are NOT a marketplace, bank, or escrow service. We do not handle, touch, or process any monetary transactions between users.
3. Virtual Goods. 'Boosts', 'Pro Subscriptions', and other paid features are non-refundable, non-transferable digital licenses. They have no real-world monetary value.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS'. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.
5. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAYOP.FARM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
